RMDF is a Women-led non-profit organization working to support education, women empowerment, health, and community development in underserved areas of Pakistan, especially Waziristan.
RMDF was established on 10 November 2021, when it was registered with the Directorate of Social Welfare (Merged Areas), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to help marginalized communities through education, skills training, and social development programs.
RMDF works mainly in South and North Waziristan, D.I. Khan, Lakki Marwat, and nearby underserved regions.
RMDF was founded by Razia Mahsood, a social activist committed to women empowerment and community development.
RMDF focuses on education, women and youth empowerment, healthcare, skills training, climate action, and social justice.

RMDF is registered with the Directorate of Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment (Merged Areas), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961 (Reg. No. DSW/MAs/278, 10 November 2021), and with the Federal Board of Revenue (NTN A966702). RMDF is registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Charitable Commission (Reg. No. KP-3463225272874781); renewal of this registration is in process.
