At Razia Mahsood Development Foundation (RMDF), impact is not defined by numbers alone; it is reflected in lives transformed, confidence restored, and communities strengthened. Since our establishment, RMDF has worked closely with marginalized and underserved communities in South and North Waziristan and surrounding districts to deliver meaningful, sustainable change.
As the first female-led organization in South Waziristan, RMDF has built strong community trust by working at the grassroots level, listening to local voices, and designing solutions that respond to real needs.
Community-Centered Impact
