This realization led to the establishment of the Razia Mehsood Development Foundation (RMDF) in 2020. RMDF became a platform to translate vision into action, focusing on education, women’s empowerment, youth development, healthcare awareness, and sustainable livelihoods.

Through RMDF, Razia has led awareness campaigns against gender-based violence, promoted women’s Islamic rights, supported girls’ education, and created opportunities for youth skills development.
